Your Role
* Plan and deliver engaging activities and learning opportunities by using The Learning Experience LEAP programme and channelling the children’s individual interests and needs
* Deliver outstanding care experiences for all children, meeting their individual needs and supporting them as a whole
* Referral to external agencies and regulatory bodies as required
* Designated Safeguarding Lead; level 3 - promote health, safety and welfare of children, employees and families in line with The Learning Experience's child protection and health and safety policies
* Promote and follow guidelines for managing behaviour; support children to manage their own feelings and behaviours
* Promote the nursery to existing families and new perspectives to support retention and occupancy levels
What We’re Looking For
* Full & Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience working with children in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
* Sound knowledge of EYFS, Safeguarding & Child Protection
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence
