Earn circa: £50,000 pa (depending on skills and experience), plus 34 days leave (including bank holidays and a me day) with family friendly policies
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
Working from our Leeds office 2 days per week and the rest from home

As a Maintenance Contract Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating contractors and stakeholders to ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and compliant. What you’ll do
* Lead and manage contractor relationships to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and customer satisfaction
* Resolve contractual disputes and complaints efficiently, maintaining a focus on fair outcomes and service continuity
* Monitor and report on contractor performance against agreed KPI's, driving accountability and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement service enhancements
* Oversee contract budgets, ensuring financial control and value for money across all service areas

You have
* A RICS or CIOB degree accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification, or strong equivalent experience built up through your working profession (that can be evidenced)
* Strong knowledge of housing, building legislation and compliance
* Experience of managing contractors and resolving disputes
* Confidence using data to drive decisions and performance
You’ll work core hours between 08:30 to 16:30 with flexibility built in
We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Leeds office, with the rest from home.
You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage
You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for.
