Join us as a Shift Manager
Be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop when the Manager isn't present, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role is to ensure customers have a fantastic experience, whether ordering in-store or online.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to achieve excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Preparing products, including sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Maintaining fully stocked displays with a variety of options.
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable.

About You
You are reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and are passionate about customer service. You value an inclusive culture and support diversity.
