Role: Management Accountant
Location: Coventry, hybrid - office based 4 days per week
Duration: 4 months initially, likely to extend
Day Rate: up to £400 per day inside IR35
Working hours: 37 hrs per week
I'm recruiting for a Management Accountant to join my Coventry based client.
You will support financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis across operational and capital spend.
You will work closely with finance colleagues, project managers and operational stakeholders. Your focus will be accurate reporting, strong financial control, and clear insight into performance against budget and forecast.
The Role
Reporting to the Developer Services Finance Business Partner, you will support the delivery of accurate month end reporting and financial analysis across Developer Services. You will also help improve reporting processes and controls, giving the wider team clearer insight into financial performance.
Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
• Complete month end processes including preparation and posting of journals.
• Produce and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations to a high standard.
• Support the forecast, budget and business planning cycle.
