Behaviour Mentor Location: Brent, North West London Start Date: February 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Pay: £95-£125 per day (PAYE) Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour in a specialist secondary setting. You will work closely with SEN and pastoral teams to support pupils' emotional regulation, behaviour management and re-engagement with learning.
