TemporaryFull Time 35 Hours per weekHybridBased in Stratford Upon Avon£33,000 pa Finance Operations Supervisor A great opportunity to join a busy finance team responsible for managing all income and expenditure transactions across the business. Supervising a small team, you will support Finance Operations activities, enabling the wider Finance team to deliver accurate reporting, maintain compliance, and drive strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the organisation's financial health while developing valuable skills and building a strong foundation for future career growth within finance. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the transactional finance function and provide day-to-day team support
- Oversee the end-to-end supplier payment process
- Support daily, weekly, and month-end cash and bank processes, working closely with the Financial Accounting team
- Act as the key point of contact for transactional finance-related queries
- Administer insurance policy documentation, liaise with brokers, and coordinate annual renewals
- Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of income and expenditure transactions
About You
- Strong understanding of finance operations
- Experience supervising a transactional finance team
- Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communicator with strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving processes
