A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor,who will work at our client’s prestigious sites in and around North Yorkshire.
Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor
* Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
* Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
* Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
* Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
* Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
* Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
* Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
* Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
* Working as part of a team
Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
* Do you have a minimum 2 year supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners?
* Do you have a full UK drivers license?
* Do you have knowledge of COSHH?
* Do you have a good eye for detail?
* Are you reliable and trustworthy?
* Can you work well with a team?
* Do you take pride in your work?
* Are you flexible to meet needs of the business?
