Starting your Journey:
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will deliver high-quality service, ensure the building's safety, and cater to guest needs, creating memorable moments that guests will want to share.
You will be responsible for your work, maintaining high standards of customer service and organization while following health and safety guidelines.
In this role, you will:
* Greet guests warmly with a smile
* Ensure smooth check-in/out procedures
* Provide information about the hotel and local area
* Answer phone calls and emails
* Create a fun, welcoming environment to promote guest loyalty
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly personality are essential. You will love engaging with guests, multitasking, and solving inquiries efficiently.
On your first day, you'll start a structured 12-week training program to equip you with the skills and confidence needed for the role. We seek candidates who:
