What you'll be doing
* To collect, wash and replace dirty ceramics etc throughout the building.
* Maintain cleanliness of pot wash/dishwash areas
* Ensure all food storage areas maintained in a clean and safe manner
* Ensure the chemical store and disposables area are kept in a clean and safe manner
* To maintain the essentials of food hygiene
* Keep diligent records as required
* Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
* Undertake relevant training and attend meetings as required
* Follow all QEMS procedures as directed
Experience
* No previous experience required but 1-2 years within food services or retail environment desirable
* Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
* A confident, flexible team player
