Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000neg

The role of Estimator – Structural Building Components includes:
* Estimator position dealing with a range of residential & commercial concrete / structural building components
* Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
* Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Producing formal quotations to customers
* Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
* Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Structural Building Components with
* Must have Estimating experience within the Construction sector
* Highly advantageous to have experience within the Civils sector, ideally dealing with concrete products, structural building components or infrastructure systems.
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Full UK driving license
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Good team player who also works well individually
