The successful candidate will play a vital role monitoring student attendance, working closely with staff, parents and external agencies to improve attendance and support pupil wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Monitor and track student attendance and punctuality Produce attendance reports for senior leadership Contact parents regarding absences Support strategies to improve overall school attendance Work closely with safeguarding and pastoral teams Requirements Previous school attendance or administration experience MUST have experience using SIMS Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
