Job Description
Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons to a diverse group of students
* Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests and assignments
* Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching experience
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Degree in English or related field
* Excellent knowledge of the English language and literature
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English or related field
Experience:
* Previous experience teaching English at the secondary or higher education level
* Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum for English
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or English
* Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Working Conditions:
