Panel Beater required in Oswestry:
1. Basic Salary: £40,000 + Efficiency Bonus (up to £6K/year)
2. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM option)
3. Contract: 42.5 Hours per Week | No Weekends
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join the Bodyshop team at a reputable Main Dealer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a modern, well-equipped Workshop environment that offers excellent benefits, no weekend work, and realistic bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities For a Panel Beater:
4. Carry out high-quality repairs to vehicles including panel replacement, filler work, dent removal, and realignment
5. Use appropriate tools and equipment to carry out work to manufacturer standards
6. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting bodyshop productivity targets
7. Work closely with estimators and paint technicians to ensure seamless workflow
8. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment at all times
What We’re Looking For as a Panel Beater?
9. Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a dealership or Accident repair centre
10. ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent) preferred
11. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Workmanship
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. A proactive and positive attitude
14. Full UK Driving Licence
