General Manager - Operations

Balcas, Enniskillen (Part of Glennon Brothers)

Glennon Brothers is seeking a General Manager – Operations with a strong engineering focus to lead its Balcas Enniskillen site - a pivotal career opportunity for an ambitious operational leader.

The General Manager will have full responsibility for all Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and SHEQ activities, driving plant performance, operational reliability, and the continuous development of people and processes. They will play a key role in achieving the group’s strategic and operational objectives while championing the business as a major contributor to the local economy and community.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong engineering background, a passion for operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Degree in Engineering is essential.

Key Requirements:

* Senior leadership experience in engineering or operations within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and production systems.
* Proven track record in driving plant efficiency, maintenance excellence, and operational improvements.
* Committed to high SHEQ standards and continuous improvement.
