The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Project Coordinator to join a high-profile project and work directly under the mentorship of the Project Director. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery while being fast-tracked towards progression within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Project Director in both site-based and office activities
* Resource and collate information to support project and business requirements
* Coordinate diaries, meetings, and conference calls on behalf of the Project Director
* Manage inboxes, deal with enquiries, and prioritise responses where needed
* Arrange and attend internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, documentation, AED logs, and ensure actions are followed up
* Assist with preparation of project documentation and reports
* Draft correspondence, produce letters, emails, memos, presentations, and reports
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on behalf of the Project Director

Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role within construction or a related sector is desirable
* Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders effectively
* A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail
