Paralegal – Real Estate Team
Tunbridge Wells | Up to £33,000 | Hybrid working after probation
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the Real Estate team of a highly regarded Tunbridge Wells law firm.
This role is slightly different from the traditional paralegal track. Instead of working directly with fee earners or fee-earning yourself, you will provide high-level support to two Professional Support Lawyers (non-fee earners), assisting with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks. This is best suited to someone seeking a career paralegal role, where technical expertise and reliability are valued over progression to qualification.

1. An experienced Paralegal with commercial property experience who enjoys the technical side of the work.
2. A Conveyancing Assistant looking to step up into a broader role within a reputable Real Estate team.

Key Responsibilities:
4. Assisting Professional Support Lawyers with a variety of legal and administrative tasks.
5. Preparing, reviewing, and managing documentation.
6. Undertaking legal research and maintaining knowledge resources.
7. Supporting with precedents, templates, and compliance-related tasks.
8. Liaising with fee earners and other internal teams where necessary.
About You:
9. Prior experience in commercial property is essential.
10. Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail.
11. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
12. Comfortable in a supportive, non-client facing paralegal role.
What’s on Offer:
13. Salary up to £35,000 (Dependent on experience - potentially some flexibility for the right candidate).
