1. Extensive hands-on experience with 'powered' implementations.
2. Ability to develop business cases; familiarity with Green Book compliance is a plus.
3. Experience in designing and implementing operating models.
4. Proficiency in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
5. Strong project management skills to keep initiatives on track.
6. Innovative approaches to addressing commercial challenges.
7. Expertise in redesigning processes and management information systems.
8. Proven ability to lead client engagements with a focus on quality and efficiency.
9. Broad understanding of technology-enabled transformation.
10. Responsibility for overseeing client projects, managing daily interactions, and leading teams.
11. Acting as a subject matter expert in broader team engagements.
12. Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and profitable engagements.
13. Leading efforts to develop new business within your capability or client group.
14. Building strong external and internal relationships.
