About the role
We are looking for a high-potential Associate who can support project delivery while also contributing to content creation across learning and culture initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of research, client engagement, and learning design. The Associate will work closely with internal teams to translate research insights into practical programmes and learning experiences that help organisations build safer, more inclusive, and more effective workplaces.
The role involves designing and analysing research, supporting client engagements, and contributing to the development of evidence-based learning content. You will collaborate with colleagues across disciplines including behavioural science, law, and learning design to ensure that the work we deliver is rigorous, relevant, and impactful.
This is a junior level role with 1–3 years of experience only. We are particularly interested in candidates with an academic background in economics, public policy, law, sociology, or gender studies.
Research & Analysis
Design, build, and deploy surveys to measure workplace culture, training effectiveness, and organisational health
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to surface meaningful patterns
Interpret findings and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients
Maintain research quality standards from sampling logic to reporting accuracy
Write detailed reports based on research findings
* Work directly with clients to understand their needs and design content that address their specific context
* Act as a coordinator between clients and Serein’s internal teams keeping projects on track and communication flowing
* Support project management across client engagements, flagging risks and ensuring timelines are met through seamless collaboration amongst internal stakeholders at Serein
Do thorough research on different topics surrounding workplace safety, training, and culture to build interactive content for e-learning and facilitator-led sessions
Use research outputs to inform and design training modules, webinars, and facilitator guides
Collaborate with teams to develop programmes that are evidence-based, engaging, and contextually relevant
Stay current on workplace trends, behavioural science, and L&D best practices to keep Serein’s content sharp
You have
* 2 years of experience in a research, analyst, or related role
* Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods like survey design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation
* Comfortable working with tools like SPSS, R, Python, or Excel for analysis; experience with survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey) is a plus
* Strong written communication and an ability to write clear research reports, summaries, and content briefs
