Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales and building lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a National Business Development Manager to lead our client's growth across the UK, working closely with the senior leadership to exceed revenue targets and strengthen their market presence. Our client is a well established company, operating within the water hygiene industry. A background of water treatment/legionella risk assessing would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales performance to meet and exceed annual revenue and margin targets * Attend monthly sales meetings and provide accurate updates to the Head of Sales * Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending meetings and offering guidance * Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Senior Management) to ensure smooth project delivery and profitability * Maintain accurate CRM records and conduct deal reviews with the Departmental Management Team * Uphold and promote company core values in all interactions What we're looking for: * Proven experience in business development or sales leadership * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and margins * A proactive, values-driven approach to work Salary: * Our client is open to discussing your experience and salary expectations * A fully expensed company car will also be provided We're keen to hear from candidates with a water hygiene/treatment background with interviews to be held as soon as possible
