The Role: Fault fixing, maintenance and repair to customer properties Assess and carry out works needed for tenants Undertaking customer service issues Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload The Candidate needs: Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry/Plastering and General Maintenance.
