Nationwide Platforms is one of the world's largest providers of working at height training and offers training courses to customers such as IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, and other Health & Safety courses.
As a Training Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the training diary and supporting all operational functions to ensure seamless training delivery throughout the UK. This is a 12-month maternity cover fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for someone with proven administration skills, excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a team-oriented approach.
We offer a salary starting from £26,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, Westfield health insurance, life assurance at twice the contractual salary, and additional benefits.
Responsibilities include:
1. Assist in scheduling and coordinating courses, ensuring courseware is generated and available.
2. Support the Training Customer Service Manager in all aspects of service provision.
3. Maintain effective systems for department administration processes.
4. Support the training department in processing customer requests and applications accurately.
5. Plan and coordinate trainer diaries.
6. Proactively raise purchase orders for products supporting course delivery, maintaining transparency on costs and revenue margins.
7. Coordinate venue bookings, catering, equipment, and other logistics for courses.
8. Manage course paperwork, registrations, and certification distribution in line with audit requirements and SLAs.
9. Record customer data, manage the CITB training directory, and upload delegate achievements for levy funding.
10. Assist with internal and external audits alongside the Customer Service Manager.
11. Manage the open course calendar, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with departmental budgets.
12. Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee SLAs.
13. Promote the Nationwide Platforms brand, core values, and mission to maintain a market-leading image.
14. Maintain health, safety, and corporate governance standards in accordance with company policies, promoting best practices.
15. Act as an ambassador for quality health and safety, ensuring customer well-being where required.
About you:
1. Previous administrative experience, preferably in coordinating diaries, events, or personnel.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Ability to take ownership of problems and resolve them proactively.
