Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support sales and recruitment activities
* Manage the company’s online presence, including website, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Create compelling content such as brochures, capability decks, emailers, and case studies
* Collaborate with the business development team to tailor pitch decks and client proposals
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance ABI’s market positioning
* Coordinate the production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
* Assist in organizing webinars, job fairs, and industry events
* Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* 2+ years of marketing experience (B2B or technical industry preferred)
* Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp)
* Basic graphic design skills and eye for layout and branding
* Knowledge of the oil & gas or technical services industry is a plus
* Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
