A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced care professional to join a reputable domiciliary service as an Operations & Compliance Manager. This is a flexible hybrid role—perfect for someone wanting to make high-level impact without full-time hours.
🌟 The Role You’ll play a key part in ensuring the service remains compliant, well-organised, and operating at the highest quality standards. Duties include:
* Overseeing operational performance across the Maidenhead & Windsor branches
* Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks
* Supporting audits, policies, risk management, and service improvements
* Coaching and guiding staff teams to maintain best practice
* Working closely with senior leadership to enhance service delivery
🔹 What We’re Looking For
* Experience in any management background within care (domiciliary experience ideal but not essential)
* Strong understanding of compliance, quality assurance, or operational processes
* Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Someone who thrives in a part-time, flexible leadership role
