Person Specification – Qualifications
* Essential:
o Registered Nurse
o Post registration qualification.
o Graduate.
o Evidence of continuing professional development
o Masters in health-related subject.
* Desirable:
o Doctorate in health-related subject
o Post doctoral studies.
Person Specification – Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Essential:
o Understanding of integrated health and social care models
o Extensive senior nursing and managerial experience within a large acute Trust.
o Extensive experience as an experienced clinical practitioner.
o Demonstrates breadth and depth of understanding of current NHS Policy and ability to interpret and implement in practice.
o Significant experience across a range of health care priorities.
o Experience in developing clinical teams
o Experience of working with national programmes and initiatives
o Experience in managing large scale change successfully
o Evidence of influence and negotiating skills
o Evidence of successful change management
o Evidence of managing projects
o Evidence of managing conflict and deploying successful conflict resolution strategies
