Description
Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Processing Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices
Credit Control
Supporting the Finance Manager / Assistant Accountant
Supplier statement reconciliations
Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner
Assisting with the processing of payments and transactions
Supporting with month end activities (accruals and prepayments)
Posting journals
Intercompany reconciliations
Adhoc duties that may be requiredProfile
The successful Accounts Assistant:
Able to commute to our client's office in Newark
Studying toweards AAT
Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant position
Knowledge of accounting software
Strong Excel skills
Ability to manage workload effectively
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail Job Offer
