Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Nights)

Were currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead our night cleaning team. If youre ready to take on a supervisory role where no two nights are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What Youll Be Doing
* Lead, support, and motivate the night cleaning team to deliver high standards across the terminal
* Allocate duties, manage shift tasks, and ensure effective handovers
* Monitor performance, manage absence, and maintain training compliance
* Operate cleaning machinery and carry out general cleaning duties
* Ensure all work is completed in line with LBAs Health & Safety standards and audited cleaning regimes
* Oversee cleaning consumables and coordinate deliveries
* Stay visible and proactive within the terminal to support passengers and operational partners
* Assist with disruption response and adverse weather planning, including snow clearing
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone with a passion for leading teams and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in a busy environment. Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confidence using cleaning machinery and following H&S procedures
* A proactive, flexible attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
