Role Overview
We're looking for a Purchasing & Stock Co-ordinator to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless operations between our suppliers, factory, and internal teams. You'll be the go-to person for managing stock levels, coordinating purchasing activities, and helping us maintain the high standards our customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities
* Place purchase orders using Microsoft Business Central.
* Collect, organise, and scan paperwork for purchasing and stock records.
* Process delivery notes using Microsoft Business Central.
* Support the stock function with ad-hoc requirements, such as purchasing stationery and consumables.
* Carry out inventory checks and stock counts within the factory.
* Collaborate with team leaders and shop floor staff to understand requirements and stock usage.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained at all times.
Skills & Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience, including confident use of IT systems such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), email, and data entry tools.
* Minimum NAT5 (or equivalent) in Mathematics.
* Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Business Central (training can be provided if required).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive, flexible, and willing to support wider business needs.
* Comfortable working on the shop floor and engaging with operational teams

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm (5 hours per day)
