Health & Safety Manager - Milton Keynes
Reporting to head office 1-2 days per week, with travel to project sites within a 2-hour radius.

Responsibilities
* Leading and improving the company's Health, Safety & Environmental systems across the business
* Supporting construction, fit‑out, M&E and small works projects from pre‑construction through to delivery
* Producing and reviewing RAMS and ensuring compliance with UK H&S legislation and CDM regulations
* Carrying out site inspections, audits and incident investigations
* Delivering toolbox talks, inductions and H&S training
* Working closely with subcontractors, site teams and clients to maintain high safety standards
* Producing monthly HSE reports, compliance records and supporting tender submissions
Qualifications
* NEBOSH General, Construction Certificate or Diploma
* Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations 2015
* Experience working within construction, fit‑out, building services or engineering environments
* Experience producing RAMS, carrying out audits and leading investigations
* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients, subcontractors and operational teams
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
* Experience with ISO 45001 management systems would be beneficial
* IOSH membership or working towards CMIOSH would be advantageous
