Description Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day line operations to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and performance targets (SQCDP). Drive continuous improvement using manufacturing excellence tools and a defect‑free, cost‑focused mindset. Track losses, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions. Coach and motivate operational teams, supporting their skills development and engagement. Ensure strong communication standards and effective shift handovers. Maintain and improve housekeeping and operating practices on the shop floor. Act as a key link between production, maintenance, technology, product development, and support functions. Build strong relationships with internal teams and strategic suppliers. Spend at least 70% of time on the shop floor, leading by example. Become an expert in one transversal operational tool and support other leaders in its use. About You 3–5 years’ experience as a Process Engineer, Team Leader, or similar operational role. Experience managing or coaching teams is desirable. Strong track record in driving performance improvements through Continuous Improvement methods. Solid technical and process understanding with a hands‑on leadership style. Confident communicator with strong people skills and a passion for motivating teams. Comfortable leading change and championing best practice in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
