The Opportunity
12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Are you passionate about food safety, detail-driven, and ready to play a key role in launching high-quality chilled food products? We’re looking for a Raw Material Technologist to join our Meals Division Technical Services team.
Key Responsibilities
* Approving and maintaining raw material and packaging specifications
* Managing supplier approvals and ensuring audit readiness
* Supporting NPD handovers and new product launches
* Completing food safety and integrity risk assessments
* Collaborating with suppliers, QA, Process Development, and Procurement teams
* Maintaining accurate databases and intake systems
The Ideal Candidate

* QA experience in the food industry
* Knowledge of food safety standards and customer codes of practice
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical or quality role within the food industry
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and in a team
* Full UK driving licence
