Electronics Design Engineer – £60.000 DoE + Bonus

This opportunity will enable you to help design and build advanced sonar and subsea sensing systems used worldwide in marine surveying and research.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and develop next‑gen electronics for underwater acoustic systems
* Create schematics & multi‑layer PCBs, then test, tweak, and improve them
* Solve real engineering problems through analysis and root‑cause investigation
* Work closely with other engineers, manufacturing, test, and quality teams
* Support customers and internal teams (occasional travel if you want it)
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years in Electronic Product Design
* Degree or relevant expertise in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
* Strong mixed‑signal experience (SoCs, FPGAs, power, analogue stages)
* Comfortable with hands‑on lab work and debugging
Nice to Have
Altium Designer, C/C++ or VHDL, MATLAB/DSP, comms protocols, HV DC experience.
