This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative UKINOR marketing team where you will contribute to meaningful projects, develop your skills across channels and work closely with commercial teams to support growth across the Advanced Wound Care (AWC) portfolio.What will you be doing?As Assistant Marketing Manager for the Advanced Wound Care UKINOR Cluster, you will play a hands-on role in bringing marketing strategy to life across a diverse and clinically meaningful portfolio. Working closely with UKINOR Marketing Managers, you will support the planning and execution of key initiatives while taking full ownership of defined projects within the marketing plan.Your day-to-day work will span campaign execution across physical and digital channels, product and portfolio support and coordination across markets. You will contribute to new product introductions, support the development of compelling marketing materials and customer communications, and help deliver education programmes, regional events and conferences. You will also support the execution of multichannel campaigns, including digital and social activity, web content updates and targeted communications that help engage customers and drive growth.Alongside this, you will act as a key point of contact for product and marketing queries within the UKINOR cluster, working closely with sales, commercial, regulatory and compliance colleagues to ensure activity is delivered compliantly on time and with impact. You will support budget tracking, agency coordination, performance measurement and reporting, building your commercial understanding and confidence as you go.
