Contract Project Manager – Facilities / Construction
12-month contract | £500 per day | Onsite near Salisbury
This contract is about taking ownership of a live office relocation and building fit-out project from end to end.
You’ll lead the move into a new facility for a fast-growing, engineering-led organisation. You will be overseeing everything from design coordination through to delivery, handover and operational readiness.
This isn’t a paper exercise. You’ll be onsite, working with contractors, designers, internal stakeholders and facilities teams to make sure the space is delivered on time, to spec and ready for occupation.
What you’ll be responsible for
* Managing a full office fit-out / refurbishment project across all RIBA stages
* Coordinating consultants, contractors and suppliers
* Owning programme, budget, risk and delivery
* Acting as the bridge between construction delivery and facilities / operational use
* Ensuring the building is handed over ready for day-one operation
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience as a Construction or Fit-Out Project Manager
* Strong exposure to commercial office fit-outs
* A working understanding of Facilities Management and operational handover
* Comfortable running projects independently, onsite and at pace
* Eligible for Security Clearance (or already hold it)
