As a Store Manager at Booker, you'll use your skills to help our business grow. It's an exciting opportunity to really let your talent shine. Our stores, or Business Centres, work primarily with local B2C customers, positively impacting the communities in which they are based.
Responsibilities
* Build rapport with local business owners and help them thrive.
* Ensure the store operates safely and legally, following all health and safety regulations.
* Drive sales and support managers, taking total responsibility for store performance.
* Use your expertise to raise customer satisfaction and continuously improve the customer experience.
* Lead your team, inspire them to perform at their best, and develop their skills.
Qualifications
* Experience in the food sector (or retail, wholesale, or owning a restaurant/pub).
* Strong managerial skills to shape and develop teams.
* Discipline, attention to detail, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
* Commercial mindset with determination to offer the best choice, price, and service.
