Base pay range

Key Responsibilities:
1. Family Law, including separation, divorce, and finances upon divorce
2. Children Matters
3. Domestic abuse and domestic violence injunctions, divorce, and children law
4. TOLATA claims
5. Drafting legal documentation such as Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements
6. Financial control, including cash flow management, collection of monies, and billing procedures
7. Assisting other fee earners within the office as required
8. Managing files in accordance with firm procedures to minimize risk
9. Following procedures and systems documented in the Office Manual and training seminars
10. Supervising fee-earning work of colleagues
Skills & Experience:
1. Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner
2. Expertise in all aspects of family law
3. 2+ years of PQE
4. Ability to manage own caseload independently
5. Proficiency with the firm’s practice and case management system
6. Assist with department marketing
7. Billing clients according to rates and achieving financial targets
8. Strong IT skills
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
