Who Were Looking For On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to safely set up and operate moulding machinery in line with production specifications and company standards. Key Responsibilities Set injection moulding machines to approved standards, ensuring efficient and accurate production. Operate machinery and maintain it in excellent working order, ensuring all processes are recorded and documented. Maintain strong 5S standards across machines, tooling, and work areas. Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with Tool Maintenance on insert changes and tooling condition, ensuring tooling is prepared in coordination with the planning team. Adhere to Health & Safety requirements within the injection moulding department. Ensure product quality meets specifications and escalate any concerns to the Quality team. Carry out effective shift handovers. Follow all departmental and company procedures. Support recycling processes to agreed standards. What You Bring Previous experience working with injection moulding machines and tooling. Experience setting Arburg moulding machines. Strong understanding of polymer materials and processing behaviour. Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good mechanical aptitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
