Stock Controller
We are recruiting on behalf of a global engineering company that manufactures high-precision components for the aerospace and energy sectors. As a Night Shift Warehouse / Stock Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by preparing and organising stock for day and afternoon production teams.
Warehouse / Stock Controller Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and allocate engineered components for upcoming shifts
Accurately store and retrieve items using vertical storage systems
Follow clear procedures for packaging, labelling, and documentation
Ensure traceability and inventory accuracy in a regulated environment
Use IT systems to maintain up-to-date stock records

We’re looking for a methodical and organised individual who thrives on accuracy and consistency. You should be IT-savvy, process-driven, and comfortable working independently overnight.
Ideal Experience & Skills Required:
Experience in stock control, logistics, or manufacturing
Excellent attention to detail
Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
Comfortable following structured procedures
SAP experience is desirable but not essential
Salary & Benefits:
£32,400 per annum (Base salary £27,000 + 20% night shift allowance)
5% Annual Bonus Scheme
Paid overtime
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Working Hours:
Sunday: 11:00 pm – 6:00 am
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
