Spencer Clarke are currently recruiting for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker; this is to work in a home for children and young people with Challenging Behaviour in Kettering.
The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, and transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff. As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be working closely with the Deputy Manager to support your development.

Salary dependent on experience and knowledge: up to £33,000 + sleep-ins £60 per sleep

What the post requires:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare
At least 1 year's supervisory experience with staff in a children's home
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare
Extensive knowledge of working with children and young people with challenging behaviour
