Location : Altrincham / Manchester, UK (Candidates must be Manchester based and looking to work in office a couple of days).

What You’ll Be Doing
* Azure Infrastructure : Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure Azure services to support business‑critical applications.
* Automation & DevOps : Drive automation using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform / ARM Templates) and CI / CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
* Containerisation : Implement containerised solutions with Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes for optimal performance and scalability.
* Networking & Security : Ensure networking best practices when integrating Azure environments with on‑prem data centres, maintaining security and reliability at every level.
* Collaboration : Work closely with development teams to deliver efficient, well‑architected cloud solutions.
* Monitoring & Maintenance : Monitor system health, optimise resource usage, and proactively resolve performance or deployment issues.
* Continuous Improvement : Stay ahead of the curve by adopting the latest Azure technologies and DevOps best practices.
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced Cloud Professional : 10+ years of professional experience as an Azure Platform or DevOps Engineer, with a proven record of designing and managing Azure infrastructure.
* Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, networking, and security best practices.
* Containerisation & Infrastructure : Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and NGINX, along with proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or ARM Templates.
* CI / CD & Scripting : A solid understanding of CI / CD principles and the ability to write scripts in Shell, Python, or similar languages.
* Collaborative & Analytical : Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
