The Role:
The Business Management Graduate will support business operations, strategic initiatives, and process improvement activities across the organisation. This role is designed to develop future business leaders by providing broad exposure to commercial, operational, and strategic areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
12. Support day-to-day business operations across departments such as operations, finance, sales, HR, or customer delivery
13. Assist with analysis of business performance, KPIs, and management reports
14. Contribute to planning, coordination, and delivery of business projects and initiatives
15. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
16. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders
17. Support stakeholder engagement, meetings, and follow-up actions
18. Conduct market, competitor, or customer research as required
19. Ensure work is delivered in line with company policies, values, and objectives

Essential
20. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
21. Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
22. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
23. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
24. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
25. Commercial awareness and interest in business strategy
26. Right to work in the UK unsponsored
27. Within good travel to our Bottesford depot
Desirable
28. Basic understanding of project management principles
29. Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
30. Familiarity with business analysis or reporting tools
31. Previous internship, placement, or part-time work experience in a business environment
Qualifications
Essential
32. Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (2:1 or above, or equivalent)
Desirable
33. Placement year or relevant work experience
34. Interest in professional qualifications (e.g. CMI, Prince2, Lean, or MBA pathway)
