You will operate as amulti-skilled, flexible worker, responsible for machining parts to exacting specifications, inspecting components, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Machine aircraft parts according to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
2. Inspect components using tools such as micrometers, verniers, calipers, and height gauges
3. Deburr components to ensure safe onward handling
4. Manually or mechanically move components to support production flow
5. Accurately record and manage production data using SAP
6. Identify and report non-conformances to the Process Team Leader
7. Maintain high standards of 5S and housekeeping within the work area
8. Conduct first-party inspections (M02 status requires A-stamp approval)
9. Participate in TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) activities
