Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a part time Hotel Reception / Guest Service Assistant. The perfect candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, ideally having worked in a hotel, bar or restaurant. Hours: 24 - 32 hours per week (working 8 and/or 12-hour shifts) Shifts: 3 or 4 shifts per week (plus overtime) Salary: £13.00 per hour We want a confident communicator who brings personality and shine to our team. Main Roles & Responsibilities Working across all departments of the hotel including reception, bar & kitchen. Checking guests in/out. Managing bills & payments. Helping guests & creating positive experiences. Prepare and serve food from a limited simple menu. Serving alcohol, soft drinks, hot drinks & snacks. Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely. You will have 'Hamptonality' Great energy and a can-do attitude. Great team player, and you love chatting with guests. Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service. Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
