We are recruiting an HR Advisor for an established company in Doncaster.
This is a full time Monday to Friday office based role. The position is a 12 month contract.
Key Duties:
Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective end-to-end recruitment processes, including selection, onboarding, and induction of new employees
Prepare, process, and issue all relevant HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and variation agreements in a timely manner
Conduct employee background checks and vetting in line with company compliance requirements
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring all data is up to date and compliant with GDPR standards
Act as the first point of contact for HR related enquiries, providing clear, professional advice and guidance to employees and managers
Support and advise line managers on HR policies, procedures, and current employment legislation
Provide case management support on employee relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases
Coordinate and track employee training and development activities, ensuring completion and accurate record keeping
Support HR compliance activities, including audits, right-to-work checks, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
Supervision of the Compliance and HR Administrator
Suitable candidates will possess HR knowledge and experience.
The salary is £30,000 - £32,000 per annum plus company benefits.
