Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) - Driver Required
Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract - Flexible Shifts Available, between Monday - Sunday, 7am - 10pm
An applicant must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to be considered for this role

What You Will Do
* Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
* Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
* Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
* Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Regular checks to ensure safety and needs are met.
* Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve care services.
What We are Looking For
* Experience in Care: Previous care experience is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
* Positive Attitude: Friendly, supportive demeanor with a commitment to aiding those in need.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Clear communication with clients and families.
* Collaborator: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* Diligence: Careful and professional handling of tasks and wellbeing checks.
* Background Checks: Willingness to undergo required background checks.
