Job Description
As Social Sustainability Advisor, you’ll manage key partnerships, engage stakeholders, and track performance against KPIs, ensuring ISS continues to make a positive social impact while exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of ISS Social Value Plans at a regional level, ensuring commitments are met and aligned with contract strategy
2. Collate and report qualitative and quantitative social value data quarterly to demonstrate progress against targets
3. Develop and maintain case studies of successfully implemented social value initiatives
4. Stay informed on relevant legislation and local community needs to ensure meaningful programmes are delivered
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including recruitment, employability, and L&D teams, to support inclusive recruitment and social value targets
6. Build and maintain relationships with local schools, job centres, and charities to raise awareness and engagement
7. Promote social value initiatives internally within ISS to upskill colleagues and embed best practices
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Understanding of social value principles and their application in a workplace context
9. Ability to travel regionally to support delivery of social value initiatives and stakeholder engagement
