Senior 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer - Reigate
Location: Reigate (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Senior Service Desk Engineer to join our growing Managed Service Provider team based in the Reigate area. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week required on-site, supporting a diverse range of clients and helping to drive high-quality service delivery across the business.
You'll act as an escalation point for the 1st/2nd line teams, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to continuous service improvement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a wide range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level technical support across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud environments
2. Act as an escalation point for junior service desk engineers
3. Manage and resolve complex incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
4. Support client onboarding, migrations, and project delivery tasks
5. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot client infrastructure (remote and on-site)
6. Ensure accurate documentation of systems, processes, and incident resolutions
