We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities
* First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area.
* You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guests visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
* Maintain a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.
* Flexibility with shifts is required as we are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year; shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
* Full training will be provided; experience in a branded hotel environment is preferred but not essential.
