* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as missives, dispositions, and standard securities
* Conducting title searches and reviewing property reports
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
* Providing clear and professional updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process
