Jackson Hogg is delighted to support a growing project engineering business in appointing a Purchasing Manager. With projects across the UK, Europe, and Asia, the company is expanding its capabilities and supply chain. We seek a dynamic Purchasing and Procurement professional to join the team.
About the Role
This is a newly created position due to growth. As Purchasing Manager, you will join a collaborative, forward-thinking team, playing a vital role in operational and strategic procurement activities.
Your responsibilities include shaping a best-in-class procurement function to ensure goods and services are sourced on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The role involves managing supplier relationships, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving continuous improvement within procurement.
You will lead a small team, support high-value tenders, and contribute to project planning, financial forecasting, and post-project reviews.
What You’ll Bring
Solid procurement experience, ideally from heavy engineering or construction, with success in managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
