Medical Emergency Solutions Ltd (MES) is an independent ambulance service looking for highly qualified Paramedics to join our team for frontline work under an NHS contract. This role involves responding to emergency calls, delivering pre‑hospital care, and ensuring safe patient transport to healthcare facilities. We are looking for professionals with strong clinical skills, composure under pressure, and a patient‑centred approach.
Qualifications
* Must hold a current HCPC registration.
* NQP (Newly Qualified Paramedic) training completed (if applicable)
* Blue light driving licence
* Minimum of 12 months experience working frontline in an NHS Trust post‑qualification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Evidence of Continual Professional Development.
* Minimum of two years of driving experience with a full UK driving license and no more than 3 endorsement points.
* Up‑to‑date with all immunisations.
* Enhanced DBS check.
* Excellent communication skills and a good level of English.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to emergency calls promptly and deliver high‑quality patient care, including Advanced and Immediate Life Support.
* Assess, treat, and safely transport patients to healthcare facilities, ensuring clear handovers to clinical staff.
* Maintain ambulance readiness by checking, cleaning, and restocking equipment after each call.
* Accurately document patient details, treatments, and incidents in line with company and legal standards.
* Adhere to safety and compliance protocols, including infection control and safeguarding procedures.
* Engage in continuous professional development through training and updated clinical practice.
